Very worst hotel as a work place and there is one hotel manager whose name is praveen he is very rude in behavior he never talk nicely and also at any place he farts he never see the place time and party is going on or not and he farts. There is no any cultureif you want to darken your career then join amer place

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
