Likes

Good work environment and supportive staff management is transparent. This is a Heritage property with big lawns for Banqueting.Very higly demanded. Company policy is good. Everything is fair..

Dislikes

Need modifications, lot of politics.carreer growth is very slow.

Work Details

The job is very challenging and interesting, in the bigging i have to make a relationship chain with all the departs.because i see the food banquet sales operations and f & b service alltogether.
