Good, proactive and friendly team, professional and comfortable work environment. Excellent support from other teams, great leave policy and work hours. Very good scope for learning new skills.

Dislikes

Poor growth prospects, very little vision, appraisal is quite prejudiced and digresses to aspects that have nothing to do with work or performance, external teams have better appreciation of skills and performance. Leadership needs improvement. HR has more control of appraisals and reviews than team lead or manager.

Work was interesting and hectic at times. Interaction with global teams is exciting and rewarding. Kept learning new things and acquired new skill sets.

Work culture is awesome, HR is one of the main strength, seniors are really good and understanding, they motivate us to work even better and never compare or demotivate us with any thing, compensation is really reasonable and increment are absolutely genuine and completely based on previous year targets performance.
