Top management believe hypocrite and favor Arab nationality even if they bull shit them nicely and employees who work with honesty and dedication are underrated and not rewarded as they deserve. Big talkers are those who know to play with words are most trust worthy

1)HOTECC provides opportunity for getting involved in all aspects of construction. 2)No one would pressurise any one here to stick to any target s. It is the responsibility of individual to fix targets and achieve the same. 3) Job security

Voluntary making delay on settlement process. Voluntary filing case (Absconding case) against employee who resign from work and making much more delay for removing case by using unwanted reason. Not never giving proper answer on Hot head office staff especially senior payroll officer, harsh talking.
