Voluntary making delay on settlement process. Voluntary filing case (Absconding case) against employee who resign from work and making much more delay for removing case by using unwanted reason. Top management believe hypocrite and favor Arab nationality even if they bull shit them nicely and employees who work with honesty and dedication are underrated and not rewarded as they deserve. Big talkers are those who know to play with words are most trust worthy
