I'll keep it concise and crisp: 1. The company works on "word hard party hard culture". You will be rewarded pretty amazingly on deliveries you committed. 2. Being a startup, I got a chance to develop skillset not just around my financial side.. I got exposure in marketing, sales, development to some extent, which is amazing for my overall development. 3. Onto the paycheck side, I have grown 4x in the last 3 yrs.. So I believe, if one is contributing to the overall mission, compensation would not be a challenge.. 4. You can directly connect with the Senior Management/Directors and discuss if you are facing any challenges at work.. They are welcoming and always there to assist.. 5. Every Friday, there is company-wide employee activity where all of us socialize.. So I many pupils personally as well.. That makes work more fun and easier for me. 6. Dislikes

Things that I dislike are: 1. There are instances where I have to be at work late nights.. But atleast it not very often since I don't let things to get in my backlog.. Plus we have alternate saturdays working.. 2. There is no pension plan as most private corporate.. So plan accordingly.. Plus no transportation for daytime shift..
