If we talk about the personal development we have to develop on our own. You can't expect anything from the managers no support.

Dislikes

There is nothing called as culture they want people to work free of cost.. salary is never credited on time. They neither respect employees or their efforts and time. Worst management to learn and develop.

They do not pay salaries or incentives to their employees. If u ask for salary on time... They will ask you to leave.

That they promise an employee a lot, but fails to deliver even the salary on time.

Dislikes

That the culture is pathetic and once they're done getting enough work from you, they'll use you and ask you to exit without paying your remuneration.
