Lot of opportunities to grow learn and lead. Good work life balance and understanding of its outcome. Good company culture however sometimes corporate politics could spoil all this. 40 Hrs working in a week (5Days) And many more benifits

Dislikes

There is always a risk of team downsizing. There is no company payroll , all hiring under 3rd party agency except for Chinese candidates. Contractual basis job can be terminated from services any time with 1 month notice only.

good products with great technology huge Research and development centre which shows company long term plan.

no understanding of Indian market. No senior Chinese stable person who will run the Indian system every 6 to 8 month Chinese person is changed. new person apply his own rule after joining so the last effort or hard work spoils of Indian employees. if you see oppo and vivo then since start only one Chinese senior person is their who is leading the sales Team.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
