The innovation programs and the work-life balance is good. Honeywell ensures its employees travel to customer place and experience the real-time work environment to connect more with customer and give better solution.

The compensations and appraisals are not good here. Higher management is so powerful but the middle level managers(i.e. project managers) are not competent enough to utilize resources and plan better.
