Due to remote culture, it's difficult for new hires to feel inclusive in the team and sometime have to stretch work hours for connecting with team mates. No specific work timings as few teams work as per offshore project time. Good opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Onboarding process not streamlined for new people. Not effective communication between teams and managers.

Do not get enough incentives while compared to other companies for same job profile which is the major reason why employees are leaving Honeywell.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
