Honeywell is just brand name. seriously no career and personal growth. no work life balance. mangers will keep employees under pressure always. 80% of colleagues left job and switched to other good organizations.

They are very unprofessional. Leaders never try to understand your problems and moreover what I feel is they are bias. This is my personal opinion.

Work Details

Very hectic.. start from 9:30 to 8:30 and work on Saturday or sometime Sunday as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Higher management is helpful for any support you required. Appraisals are strictly based upon your performance, you will get good hike if you have done great. Good worklife balance.

Dislikes

You will not get indepth trainings on products, you have to learn by your own. Frequent travel will be bit hectic if you are working in projects.
