Honeywell had been my second home, work life balance and work culture is very good. However it is not as good as it used to be few years ago. Post pandemic things have changed and there is a fear of job loss.

Dislikes

After working for 10 years, i was asked to leave stating downsizing due to structural change in organisation.

Flexible work, people are nice to your face, pay is high for incoming MBAs (even if you have no discernible skills)

Dislikes

Innovation theater. Management is a mess. So much turnover.

They hire freshers on third party role promising you to take you on board based on the performance but at the same time they throw enormous pressure and specially the sales team and sales head will push harder to make you work more and once you give your efforts and make all the foundation the rest part they take over all the leads and kick out the employee by saying this is not enough.

For me . Honeywell was a great experience. Team i have worked with was very supportive , compassionate and helpful .Apart from decent compensation , Honeywell has a great culture and provide scope to learn and grow.

I did not dislike anything as such however there's less visibility to the bigger picture , townhalls scheduled were brief. Trainings assigned were not that periodic and sometimes redundant.
