I was spent total 3years on band 3 level, I was given my best and achieved all awards. After 3years my manager suddenly call me and asked me to meet at head office and requesting for resign job or we will terminate you. They given reason team restructuring and manpower reducing. Work load is high, no social and personal life. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Nothing to like in this organization. No proper orientation and Onboarding Process. Reporting Manager leaves the company in every 4 Months. Once you starting to match the frequency with your manager the person will leave. Secondly the worst culture is like any other "LALA Organization" they will take out a expense bill of more than 1 year old and randomly ask you where you have done the expenses. 1/100 will be able to revert on the and on that interrogation basis you will get a termination. As per corporate law the Auditor and the approval Manager should also be terminated but there will be no action on them. Recommend not to choose Such a "LALA Organization". Very Important : After resignation they take 91 days to settle my account i.e. also after repeated reminder. The worst HR have been placed in the organization who doesn't bother to revert your request on mail or over phone. Luckily if they receive your call the first response would be that they were in washroom hence unable to revert. Terrible organization with policy to force the employee to resign by hook or by crook. Promotions and hike cycle is not good, it's even difficult to get double digit hikes at times. And the sad part is these hikes are not dependent on the work you do, rather on the rapport you have with your manager and being very strict on your demands of year on year hike. It is as usual as it is in other companies. Processes are established a little bit since the company is old still there are many domains in which processes are yet established.
A lot of politics. There is no foolproof system or process of evaluating the performance of employees. For example, I delivered 230% performance last year and I got 7% hike and my other colleagues who delivered 80% to 90% performance too got the same hike. Many managers are not capable of evaluating the performance. Hence employees who are buttery get the benefit. Those who are talented but slightly disagree with the senior managers in terms of how the work should be done, such employees suffer.
