Work life balance is quite poor Pre planned Leaves also got cancelled due to work load Excessive pressure for unrealistic sales figures Though it's an MNC Company but lacking with Technology implementation in India Very tough to get promoted Incremental procedures are good but they are always be biased

Senior people are gansters. They will treat new joiners as if they own the company and you will treated like nothing. Zero tolerance towards error, a single error and then they will treat like prey. The company is Japanese but ownen by Indians , so there is a tussle and due to which juniors gets mortified. As per policy wfh is there , but no one is allowed to take wfh as per roster. They don't know how to treat or value their employees. Pathetic work culture I have ever seen. So much manual work is here. They promote late sitting for employees .
