The first thing to start with the company is to exercise. Exercise is the very good habit of all. Exercise keeps our mind well and throughout the day.

No work life balance, no proper systems in work (formats change every now and then), everything seems to be urgent, canteen food is very bad, no proper trainings given for skill development although training budget exists on paper and a lot more ..
