Proper retirement company. If you want to just work for salary and is not having any career ambition then HMSI is the best company for that. There’s not much pressure and is having good work life balance. Appraisal policy is strictly based on face value and the number years you spend on the company. Questionable decisions from Top Management on new product portfolio. Very skewed possibility in career growth. Transfers forced upon by HR yet the HR manpower stays for decades without any location change.

Work Details

Work life is pretty good in HMSI. Work rarely overflows beyond work hours. Though overall holidays are limited. Accrual of holidays for 10 days in December end is a proper time for unwinding in the organisation.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
