As an Intern the work load was very minimal. My mentor gave me a better understanding about the strategies they are using for Marketing for Honda Cars.

Dislikes

I believe as an intern we should focus more on learning rather than stipend/salary but there was no stipend for the interns and every person was so busy they were least bothered about the interns. They hardly knew that an intern is coming to the office or not.

Very good company culture but off late company has taken very harsh steps so no growth prospects as of now. Indian top management also lacks leadership & vision.
