The DGM of Customer service thinks that he's the owner of this organization and always threat about job security. From day one he's playing with office funds and people jobs just for on thing. TO SAVE HIS ONW JOB, as he knows he won't be able to survive some where else because he's totally depended on managers for his work. HE'S JUST PLAYING POLITICS TO SAVE HIS JOB AND MAKING MONEY.

If you join as a manager or senior manager, your life is much comfortable than a government employee, Transparency is missing in many things, If you are a junior employee life will sucks. Favouritism is also very much prevalent.

Management is not good at all. They are biased towards favoritism and promote only those who are favorite of the Management. They discriminate between male and female as they prefer females over male colleagues.
