Management does anything to meet targets. No respect for employees. They fool customers and want us to do the same.

No work life balance. Although we work part-time they call us to work any time, any day.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
