Homelane is a leading interior design company where I have worked for 1 year and 6 months. During this period, I had the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. The company has a great work culture that promotes collaboration and creativity, making it a great place to work.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Despite the positive aspects of working at Homelane, one potential downside in my perception is low job security. It's important for companies to prioritize job security for their employees to promote a positive and stable work environment.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
