Location of this company is amazing. Near to Station and walkable distance.

Dislikes

They have been hiring for an HR since almost an year now. Recruiters won't follow up or update you with anything. You have to help yourself by calling them again and again to know timings and status etc. After multi follow ups I got myself interviewed with one Business head and Almost cracked the interview but they wanted someone todo all the HR Operations work starting from 3 days induction to Training and Development to Performance Appraisal to Payroll and Statutory Compliance with Professional knowledge with Executive salary. Their Attrition is high and Management kicks off employees whenever they want and did not pay their employees while the lockdown. Freshers can have good knowledge here but experienced people might not enjoy working in such culture where employees are not taken care. They might say alternative Saturday or 2 and 4 Saturday is off but they call you on all the Saturday....Read More
