Dear friends I suggest you to please do not work here It's really a terrible company which will give you nothing but the frustration. please do not waste your career and time working in home revise. They have hire a lots of people last year in sales near about 25-30, nobody is there now. You are not their employees you are just working for 3rd party. In most sense they fraud you.

Dislikes

They do not have good working culture, all their managers are with lack of knowledge and skills, if you are well qualified person with the higher degrees in your academic and working in home revise you are just wasting your time. there are no chances of personal and professional growth. they have very poor customer care service. they don't even solve the problem of the customer. As a salesperson you have to pay from your pocket to solve the the customers issue with the product. They do not provide any kind of facilities to their employees. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
