Homefirst is well equipped with the technology to use and that can be their USP. Learnings in the company is vast and helps you grow in knowledge.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad because of the high pressure on collections. You will have to sell the NPA flats along with sales and collection visits. Rewards are very low if compared to the market standards.
