Dislikes

Superiors don't treat juniors equal and ask them to resign if they don't fulfill their work. It takes time for every person to settle but they are so aggressive and gives warning on everything they don't treat humans like humans they think they are machines. Work culture is full of abusive language and nothing I would say never work for home first finance in your life.

Dislikes

Worst place to work with next to impossible targets are given in MP region. Where colleagues are always disrespectful and always use abusive language no words can explain them. Last but not least regional manager of MP is so mean that he thinks that sales job is kind of purchasing chocolate from market like we step out of office andimmediately get a customer for loan.
