No seperate department for collection. RM have to visit every allocated customers house for collection. No support from Higher level management. Sometimes Critical customers also file police complaint against RM but no support from Head office. NPA property selling task is also given to RM. RM is just a Collection Manager here.

Feminist Company working is entirely different from other NBFC and banks, it's good to get a job so starting job for 1 year at this organisation is good but spending for more than 1 year it will be more difficult and regretting if not changed. Since it is still working as start up company.

Dislikes

Company is working like running own shop own rules..doesn't not even bother about the market standard working practises, sales collection operations and everything are on shoulder of RM, one needs to look after everything except office cleaning but including DD collecting to courier work is also included. Not recommended for more than a year otherwise it will be a huge loss.

People from other company should think 10 times before joining the company as they like to recruit only freshers and less work experience people because their process is different from others and for manager level people it’s difficult to wait until they recruit people as they take a lot of time to set the team and until then you have to do the executive jobs like getting business from market and work, don’t risk your present job for salary hike think and work...Read More

I love my Work-Life Bal here , As a freshman kinda culture I entered into is just over the top I don't know this kinda culture I'll ever get in other companies, Flat Hierarchy, Less Work Pressure, Comfort

The company is good. Worked for 6+ years and yet got no complaints on the company. They treat their employees well. No one can match the policy Home First has. And they been doing good in the market. RGM is good and supporting. Everyone wants sales and for that sometimes they can get mad. If not it's all good.

Dislikes

In region like Karnataka the more advantage is given to people who are good to RGM. If he decides to defame you, then no ways you can grow in the company. And people who are currently their working are the ones who knew how to be in the sweet bucket. Nothing personal though.

Company is very good for freshers, the way they pamper employees is not available any where in the home loans industry. Growth is good and learnings of all department is a plus point. Transparent hierarchy.

No Work Life Balance High pressure of Sales and Collection Lots of travel for sourcing loans Won't be getting leaves on month end. All old RM's have almost left the organisation. The people at senior level is working with organisation from past 7-10 years.
