There are most of things that I don't like about this company. Work life balance is the worst in this company. By the way, this is just the tip if the iceberg. This organisation has a very poor working culture. There's no facility department in this company, I was one asked to buy dustbin for the branch and time I make the arrangement for water in the branch. On one sunday, I was asked to sit in the branch with the workers alone to supervise there work. Most of the days I work for 12 hours but my efforts are never appreciated by this company....Read More

I was supposedly hired as a "CSM" but at time i get this feeling of being "naukrani" of your organisation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
