Everything is so bad about this company. No work-life balance, no motivation to work, the management is so much partial and give extra benefits & favours to male employees. Gives more salary and growth opportunities to male employees. So much of internal politics that you would feel suffocated working here! Will make you do anythingand everything, but all for free! Pathetic! They expect you to come before time and leave never from office. Just keep extending your working hours and they still won't be satisfied! No work-life balance in this company. Even working 24*7 for this company won't enough for man

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
