I like only salary in this company. This company has so much money if you have a intention to get that. Incentive was also very good.

Worst management I have ever seen. Management doesn't address your issue and from top to bottom management were behaving you as a worker. Work load is also high.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
