I got good leader hence guidance Learning from cross country teams. Leader from different regions always in India office hence help for broader product and domain understanding

Dislikes

People are more on meetings than actual work. HR services are more manual than automated. Less learning and skill enhancement opportunities.

I interviewed there on 6th May'23 and got selected, same was informed to me via mail. However, post that no response from there after following up with them for 3 weeks I came to know that they have put that position on hold.

When the management team was from foreign the company was good and productivity and giving early appraisal. Can you imagine we have worked for three years without any appraisals. There is no appraisals policy for QA in home credit.

Poor Management, gender partiality, Bad behaviour by employees with each other. Overall in my 08 years of experience home credit has the worst work environment.

Dislikes

No promotions in every year or 1.8 years. No appraisal given in 5.11 years and management hired new person in the system with high package and if the promotions took from seniors then package was only 20% to 25% hike.
