The learning and development opportunites that the company can offer is tremendous. Holidayme is a brand that is owned by Traveazy group. They also owns Umrahme, which is a market leader in Muslim travel segment. A very close knit team of 100+ people working across 4 locations in the world. Very open culture, management values empl oyee feedback. Have seen the culture and transparency, policies and practices evolve over the last couple of years. Nothing as such. the experience has been great overall. I think the company should look into updating the compensation benchmarks for India.

I have had a lot of growth since I joined. Joined as an executive and handling a managerial role now in a span of less than 5 years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My experience wih Holidayme was very Good, the atmosphere of Company environment is excellent, you will enjoy working in this company because the management and co-workers are helpfull and supportive, I have learn lots of things from this company

Compensation is decent but growth is slow
