There is nothing even worth mentioning !!!

People starting from the Head of the organization to departmental heads & HR Head most are a big let down. There is no vision/ strategy in place nor any culture build over the years. Old timers with the organization are highly insecured lot thereby making new talent/ ideas stifle ultimately leading to their exit, a very high Attrition rate for a Captive IT. HR head is least bothered about the same. There is no focus on Learning & development....Read More

There are lot of work to be done but people are least interested nor allow you to work. There is no mentor not even a formal onboarding/ induction. There is a struggle at each and every level within team and between teams as well.
