The infrastructure can be improved more.Less space and more employees which makes it less in infrastructure facility. Transportation scheduling/Cancelling system can be improved more as compared to other companies.

1) Work Life Balance - Depending on the process / region of work it & team strength it varies. I enjoyed a good work life balance on the other hand some colleagues in other department have poor WLB. 2) Growth - Learning opportunity on SAP, Google Suite, Advanced Excel, if interested you can learn other languages course in their training portal. Alternatively there are good lectures available on youtube. 3) AC Cab Transport if you work before 6.00am or login after 8.00pm. 4) Some office accessories like Bag, Water bottle, dairy, pen, stationery are available. 5) They wont give Diwali bonus. 7) Salary & Appraisal - It is below average among the industry, with no promotions & very less increment which is only sufficient to pay yearly increase in your house rent. Forget about Medicine and other Household expenses. 8) Company Culture - Earlier Management was good, new management ispathetic they take blind decisions without discussing the impact with the employees</mark>. 9) Overall outlook - With the new Management and leaders coming in the work environment feels hostile and toxic. 10) If a Next level / Senior position is resigning then you wont get the opportunity to apply for that position, instead they will hire from outside a person with no experience but some professional qualification....Read More
