Dislikes: Culture Extremely Toxic Sadistic Management (Will make you come to work on National Holidays) Incompetent VP HR (Hence the HR team is equally clueless) Even after so many years the company doesn't have proper policy in place, in short its a Lala company. Actually people outside the organisation think that this company has a name etc. so the workplace would be excellent however it is completely the opposite.
