Management does not have professionalism. They(sri devi) are having a class teacher approach who are only worried about attendence and leave. Extra efforts and work quality does not matter a bit to the managemenr(Chennai). I was at Delhi office and things are perfect now they have almost closed QA QC operations from delhi and now moved to Chennai. Its just been 1 month and now me and my other team members are looking for job. This thing is highlighted to management sitting in London through internal serveys but Chennai office are not getting out of that classroom and monitor mentality. Thing is in 2019 Hogarth start their Chennai GDC office and they hire all the employees of one company.
