No Analysations made why lack of sales 3.Improper hierachy recruitment that affects a enthusiastic employees who really strives to push the product 4 Old and outdated technologies used and No new diversification 5.Improper product basket offered which is ages old and outdated 6.Dirty politics and favoritism shown for menial and fringe benefits 7. Unwanted expenses on trade shows and exhibitions but least bothered on employee welfare 8. HR is like a doll and knows to hold salaries without even asking the involved persons and makes unethical ways to defend the company. 9. Hires people from non related fields who doesn't even know automation products and spoils company culture built by few enthusiastic employees 10. Senior management is keen to get the money from dealers and distributors and forgets and short supplies products everytime which irritates dealers 11.
