Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. It's nowhere like a Japanese company, there are no funds, management is continuously changing and certain favoured people are taking all benifits. Situation in quality is worst, the AGM is a dummy and the person who is handeling this has the capabilities of a parliamentarian.

Various Policies are exist in the company.....But only on paper. Your job is secure if you are not charged against company compliance. Work culture is very good.....But same, on paper. Company is a Honeymoon hotel for the top Management.

Salary - salary scale and yearly increment is fully depends on flatter and good back support,. Unfortunately not on your skill, Qualification and work performance. Policy - on paper only Top Management - Top management is lucky that they have good team. So no need of management skill. Canteen food - very bad
