Likes

Good in Cultural programme like Monthly star, Ganesh Puja,outing, Annual Program and incentive policy.Salary come is fix date.

Dislikes

They do bad ploitics in appraisal.Whenever a employee get good appraisal but give low salary compare to other who got low appraisal.They do it like lotary.But it's suffer who are shown high performance. Work environment is not good, management always give very pressure.Work life balance is so so.Sometimes, they are not paid overtime work.
