1. Top Management doesnot have leadership skills 2. Sales & marketing team is not strong to churn the market and get the business 3. Top management ask mangers to do micro management. 4. Can't handle clients well. Somehow will get projects at cheaper price and screw up resources crazily. 5. Once your project is over , Thanks your job done, they ll say your skill set not matching whatever they acquired new projects and you leave. 6. QA Manager role is posted and no one joining as they are expecting , QA manager needs to do coding, team management, client management & project governance, if small thing is gone, then you are gone, you dont know how to manage team & client and will throw out of project and then later company. 7.
