1) Lack of decision-making 2) Absence of skill enhancement activities 3) Minimal learning opportunities 4) Stagnant and uninspiring environment 5) No progress on product development 6) Severely delayed responses It feels as though management has stumbled upon a magic lamp (Aladdin's Chirag), as the company continues to operate without any constructive efforts.

Salary always comes on time.

Dislikes

Apart from the timely salary everything else is on the negative side. You will not get a proper induction training even. Right from the beginning you will have a strange feeling something is fishy about this organization and they tend to keep everything very much hidden. Huge support related issues uptill the top most level.
