I have been working as a technical lead in the company since last 7 years and during these years I have always felt like at home. Probably it's the work environment, company policies and great team members that have made me feel comfortable like at home even during office hours. MGRM is a great company with very supportive management team and seniors. They are always open to new ideas and ready to adopt latest trends and technologies. The product line for various verticals and domains is highly impressive and haven't come across any other company with such a variety in ERP products. My colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds but inspite of that we all work happily together. They are very cooperative, understanding and are always ready to help and support each other anytime be it on any front personal or professional. The HR team and it's policies are very much employee centric. The team is always available with their valued proposition to attend and solve one's problems however critical it may be. Learning opportunities are good. I like the current work culture but it also depends on team one is working in. my current team is good and has scope of learning.

Apart from the timely salary everything else is on the negative side. You will not get a proper induction training even. Right from the beginning you will have a strange feeling something is fishy about this organization and they tend to keep everything very much hidden. Huge support related issues uptill the top most level.
