First note, It's not pure MNC company. Company started in 2012, but till date company continues book lose only. EBITA is stiil nagative. Salary Structure, Promotion, Increment, Knowledge Growth, Company Growth everything are not upto the mark as compared to other companies. It's name only Hitachi, but work culture are totally like small indian factories. No Growth at all... Don't join this company in any position...Read More

Nothing to like excluding brand name as HITACHI.

Dislikes

Management having extra ordinary skill as Poor mentally, politics, partiality, being Egoistic 24/7 is management/higher authority's skillset, one-way communication will be preferred always, using brand name to attract candidates and after joining company you will realise your biggest mistake was you joined Hitachi-Hirel Power Electronics Pvt Ltd. and they're spoiling brand name of HITACHI.

I have joined Hitachi hirel 2 times (June'19-Jan'21) And (Nov'22 - Mar'24) My first inning was wonderful, my boss was very supportive.

Dislikes

After COVID all the control was in Indian team. And it becomes terrible. They are not following the Japanese culture in Japani Company. My 2nd inning was good, after Sep 23 (When my boss left the organisation) it is worst company. Purchase department is Hell now because of Payal Gurjar and Sachin Borisa
