Feedback on work completely depends on your immediate boss. In the very 1st year of mine here at HHPE, I was under a person who used to torture/drain off his sub ordinates, mentally, emotionally, professionally. There used to be no official timings.

Great learning experience with Hitachi Hirel power electronics Pvt ltd.

Dislikes

For field service engineer salary scale is very low and job timing not fixed means I have to work 14-16 hr straight in a day as I have to attain client call.

I was doing hard working in Hitachi Hirel power electronics to achieve my goal. Over all great experience.
