I like this company due to proper management system and working system and they maintain 5S properly and the all employees from higher level to lower level follows rules and regulations and security also and they giving properly payment time to time and we all associate learning something new technically all things hence I like hitachi automotive system

Company salry is average for fresher and lower level employees and for upper class employees having a good salary and promotion also they give for upper class employees but for lower class employees no promotion. Learning and skill development is average and culture is very very good. Engineers give respect to lower level employees. Hr also supportive and M.D is also supportive
