I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Company salry is average for fresher and lower level employees and for upper class employees having a good salary and promotion also they give for upper class employees but for lower class employees no promotion. Learning and skill development is average and culture is very very good. Engineers give respect to lower level employees. Hr also supportive and M.D is also supportive
