It's a multinational company and I have work for a excellent carrier and good experience. Company rules and regulations are very committed. Team work has to be very power full and company having good laws.

We are doing very hard work for company critical situations but top level management will not be considered that hard work.compensation is low and employee growth also slow manner. While working most of the situations we are disappointed because of our engineers like irretate

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
