Work life balance is good , not too much pressure. Work load is also as per designation.

Judgement of candidates not according to the skills , all judgement according to past of the candidate. Aside the work life also need some extra activities to balance the work life but there is no existence of extra activities or skill development programme.

Fully AC environment inside company. Various types of Machines inside company to develop new skills. Transportation for different places like Neemrana - Sachkhand, Eldeco, Anantraj, Kali Pahari, Neemrana market etc Behror Dharuhera

Salary - if DET CTC salary is 14365 then in hand is 11500 and if you present All working days then 1000 added to salary Then, total - 12500. Food - For food company charges 15 rupees for per day, so in my opinion food is not bad or not good - Average.
