The enviroment across various team can differ, but my experience hiringbooster manages to strike a perfect harmony between achieving results and supporting its employees. Hiringbooster always pushing for providing perfect placement services to its big corporate clients, but management make sure top prioritized employee's well being at the same time.

Working at Hiringbooster is fine as Recruiter. They paid me on time. All senior from their international locations talk with India recruiter in Zoom meetings and help us improve our end to end recruitment work. And solved any questions and issues related to Indian clients in terms of their recruitments.

Dislikes

Two of my coworkers were bad, I talked with my seniours Team. but at last nothing happens. I can't tell their name. But management should listen to everyone.

ms Nikita Sharma reached me on naukri at the end of March, and I went there for the Job. after 2 interviews I got selected there. Firstly they trained me for 50 days which was excellent, every part of recruitment training was perfect. A lot of talented people to learn from and environment is excellent. Financial freedom you get, and sky is the limit on earning capability. Excellent culture, the whole company operates as a family and looks after one other people. my experienced here is finest.
