Initially as the work started, it felt like things are right and ethical. Soon I realized this has been a pure mistake which leads many people awestruck.

Dislikes

The quality of work/ the way the core team- organization functions is just like a dictator in a coal mine. Promotion and appraisal depends on the number of hours spent at work rather than the KPI's met. No senior folks with experience and literally nothing much to learn. Join at your own risk!

As a software developer my primary expectation was to develop my tech skills and deep dive problem solving but this place has been unfair from Day 1.

Dislikes

The workplace is wholesome of hassle. There is no proper timing and holiday policy. The perks for tech is extremely poor. No experienced people and the vision is poorly lead. Very bad experience!
