my company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. and also we get good support from seniors . Our clients are also good and supportive we are working for MNC's and top most companies of India even we do have some overseas organization with us. the pay and incentives are really good here.

We work as a team who have our own targets , the owner gives a lot of free space to prove ourselves , especially the good performers. Our direct boss are also very motivating and keep guiding us when needed, I have found that the company helps financially also if needed to people who sincerely put in efforts and show results. Dislikes

Initially i could not perform and became very negative and got influenced by others working better than me, but slowly i started learning and the boss started guiding me to perform better, therefore i don't have anything i don't like here.

I handle client and procure new business if required. I have grown from a Jr Recruiter to a Recruitment Manager in 3 years, my role has changed accordingly.

Supportive bosses and co-workers have made working at this place a pleasure. I am looking forward to achieving my new targets to get higher incentives. After the initial training for 3 months, I have started achieving my targets and am happy with the result and bonus.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
