I like the culture because so much freedom and trust is given by the seniors . The exposure to the best client is also very good . We work with Top companies of the world in India and overseas . It’s Monday to Friday work culture and I am able to give time to my family also .

We work as a team who have our own targets , the owner gives a lot of free space to prove ourselves , especially the good performers. Initially i could not perform and became very negative and got influenced by others working better than me, but slowly i started learning and the boss started guiding me to perform better, therefore i don't have anything i don't like here.

I enjoy working here because of the freedom and flexibility given to us all. We have our targets and big incentives on completion of targets .
